Luca Barzaghi is Group Chief Financial Officer of CMC, which he joined in 2020. He brings more than two decades of international finance experience across manufacturing, consumer goods, automotive and hospitality. His background spans financial leadership, restructuring, performance improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. At CMC, he has also contributed to integrating environmental, social and governance priorities into the Group’s decision-making.
