The use of Cookies by C.M.C. complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as further amended, the Directive 2002/58/EC, as further amended, the guidelines issued by the relevant European data protection authorities, including the guidelines issued by the Italian data protection Authority 1 (jointly, the “Applicable Law”).

Purpose: distinguishes browsers for website measurement and maintains the analytics session state. These identifiers support statistics about pages, interactions and results.
Duration: approximately 400 days in the observed expiry. Google documents a default of two years; configuration and browser limits can shorten this.
Category: Analytics, optional. Google Analytics cookie information and data protection information.
Contact forms

Provider: Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
Domain: go.cmcsolutions.com.
Purpose: recognises a visitor to the embedded form and associates activity with the Account Engagement business unit; the related hash protects the visitor association against impersonation.
Duration: approximately 400 days in the observed expiry. The provider allows the tracking-cookie duration to be configured.
Category: Marketing & forms, optional. These cookies may be set when the Contact or Peak form loads after you enable this category. Disabling it prevents new embedded-form loading requests. It does not erase cookies already stored on the external domain. Salesforce cookie information and duration information.
Chat assistant

Purpose: provides a browser identifier for the chat service.
Duration: session, as reported by the test browser. Chatbase privacy information and cookie information.

Provider: Chatbase.
Storage: session storage on www.cmcsolutions.com, rather than a cookie.
Purpose: records the display state of the chat greeting bubbles.
Duration: the browser-tab session.
The chat cookie was observed before a choice in the Website cookie banner. The Analytics setting does not by itself switch off the chat service.
This inventory is based on observations of the Contact page with different consent choices. Cookies and browser storage may vary with the page, embedded service, browser and your interactions. The list does not cover every possible cookie from other embedded services.
4. Managing Cookies preferences

When the cookie banner appears, select “Accept” to enable all optional cookie categories, “Reject” to leave them disabled, or “Settings” to choose your preferences.
