Giuseppe founded CMC in 1980 and continues to be a disruptor in the industry. As a visionary with a great entrepreneurial spirit, he has always been the face of the company for clients and partners. He is renowned for his expertise as a global influencer in the space. With a track record in developing and patenting solutions, Giuseppe continues to be an innovator for the mailing, graphic and packaging industry.

Francesco was appointed CEO of CMC in 2011 after 10 years as R&D Director. His fresh thinking and passion for technology transformed CMC into a global enterprise. To grow the company’s global position, Francesco also strategically developed international relationships with major partners.

Lorenzo began his career at CMC in 2011 after graduating from Perugia University in Mechanical Engineering. From designing bespoke solutions to industrial design, he has taken engineering at CMC to the next level. He leads a global team of engineers to meet client requirements and accelerate CMC’s innovation agenda in e-commerce and shipping solutions.

Luca Barzaghi joined CMC as CFO in 2020. With more than 20 years of global finance experience, Luca gained specialist insight across industries including apparel, consumer goods, automotive, hospitality and EPC. During his career he acted primarily as CFO, CRO or Board Director. He has further experience as a consultant operating in the fields of financial restructuring, performance improvement, M&A and corporate finance. In June 2022, Luca became Head of ESG for the Group.

Domenico Gallozzi joined CMC as Chief Digital & Operations Officer in June 2023. Executive manager with more than 20 years broad-based experience in management of Operations of several global industries, with a particular focus on efficiency creation and processes optimization and reengineering. In his career Domenico has played a leading role in prestigious companies such as Coesia, Philips-Saeco, Stevanato Group, Indesit Company. CMC entrusted Domenico with the task of leading the corporate digital transformation, as well as overseeing the Operations, Service, and management of issues related to the Occupational Safety and Health Service.

Claudia joined as Group HR Director in March 2023. Executive manager with more than 20 years broad-based experience in management of Human Resources in Fashion Luxury Industry, with practical understanding of business needs. Flexible with deep experience in people transformation projects, organizational development and change management. Experienced in acquisitions and related start-ups in Italy and abroad. Highly effective in incorporating leadership skills and creativity to achieve corporate goals. She has a degree in Political and Social Sciences at the University of Florence and a master’s degree in HR Management and Innovation. She strongly believes in the values of sustainability as a real strategic lever for growth both inside and outside the company.

Gabriella joined CMC as Group General Counsel in 2021, with over 15 years’ experience in multinational companies and international law firms. She served as trusted advisor to senior management and Boards of Directors across a combination of legal and business clients. Gabriella is an adamant advocate for sustainability, with additional expertise in the fashion and retail business.

Lucia Stella joined CMC as ESG Manager in 2022. She has almost 9 years’ experience in sustainability in the luxury sector, working as Sustainability Manager at Brioni (Kering Group) to actively define and drive the company’s ESG roadmap. Lucia holds an international PhD in Innovation, Accounting, Environment and Finance from the School of Advanced Study Gabriele d’Annunzio. She is also a member of international research groups which presented scientific papers to global sustainability conferences and journals.

With a background in engineering and a passion for design, I bring a wealth of technical expertise to my role in sales. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed the smooth transition from sales to project execution, carefully defining work breakdown structures and schedules, and closely monitoring costs and budgets to ensure top-notch company performance. Jeff has worked in collaboration with CMC for 20 years. He began his career with CMC in 2012 in the United Kingdom. After building a successful service team in the UK, Jeff joined the CMC America team in 2018. Jeff has built a service network that includes over 200 technicians that covers all North America and has played a key role in CMC becoming the market leader we are today.

Scott Torrington joined CMC in October 2021 as the General Manager for the UK, Ireland, and the Nordic markets. Over his career, Scott has worked extensively in senior leadership positions in Logistics, Retail and Warehouse Automation Solutions. A passionate, proactive and energetic leader Scott’s focus is always on the customer and delivering each time high quality machine solutions and robust proactive service and maintenance solutions.

Peter Read is the Service and Operations Manager for CMC in the UK. Peter is a dynamic manager who pays careful attention to ensuring the needs of our customers in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics are always achieved. Peter has worked in a variety of engineering roles in CMC before becoming the Service and Operations manager over the last 6 years.

As the General Manager of CMC Deutschland, Andrè set up the new organization in November 2021. In his career, he worked for global companies in the automotive, packaging and machinery industries, combining a 32 years´ deep industry knowledge with project management and sales skills.

Harald has joined CMC Deutschland in June 2022. He brings with him 39 years of experience in conveyor and storage systems, working in different engineering positions in the logistics and retail industry. A motivated and energetic manager, today he is helping the company in fostering effective customer service procedures and coordinating the team to meet goals.
