CMC ONE combines paper and film wrapping in one continuous-motion system, fed directly from an external unwinder. Independently controlled brushless motors drive the paper rotary knives and film cross sealers. Paper wrapping uses glue application and rotary cutting; film wrapping uses longitudinal and cross sealing. Rotary drum feeders, open-edge disk attachments and shuttle feeders support a range of inserts. PC-ADD provides barcode or database-based selectivity, matching and integration with inkjet printing.
