CMC SmartMailer automates the packing of products into rigid mailers and padded envelopes for shipment. Its compact, continuous-motion design supports a range of standard and non-standard products. Rotary feeders, shuttle feeders and hand-feeding areas can handle items such as CDs, cards and promotional inserts. The modular configuration allows the line to be adapted to the application, with fast adjustments and quick setup. Product tracking, barcode matching through optical readers or cameras, inline printing and selective feeding can be managed through the CMC control system. Production reports can be sent to the company network.
