Boxes and envelopes from one machine
The machine uses SKU dimensions and thickness to package items automatically in perfectly sized boxes or envelopes. It works with continuous roll-fed corrugated material at 900 packages per hour.

Capable of packaging diverse items like apparel, electronics, and books, this technology ensures secure delivery. Its unique feature covers a thickness range from 250 mm to an ultra-thin 1 mm, revolutionizing manual fulfillment with jiffy bags.
The new CMC Wave Line directly supplies the corrugated material. This inline cardboard coupler integrates with CMC packaging machines to produce robust corrugated material on demand. It reduces costs and streamlines stock management.
Reducing material use and simplifying operations
The concept combines sustainability and efficiency. It cuts corrugated material usage by up to 50% compared with existing technology and requires up to 70% less glue. Its envelopes can also qualify for lower postal charges, benefiting retailers and 3PLs.
CMC CartonWrap-DUO streamlines warehouse operations and addresses labour shortages. It optimizes product flow without manual intervention or separate machines for different package types.
Protection and the customer experience
Enhancing the customer experience remains a CMC priority. CartonWrap-DUO protects items in transit with minimal packaging. This reduces delivery mishaps and customer dissatisfaction.
Packaging designed for home delivery guarantees successful first-time delivery, an important part of the customer experience.
