Genesys Combo

An additional induct conveyor allows to insert single-line orders into the machine, while multi item orders are picked and consolidated into the Vary-Tote, scanned to size and processed through the machine. Boxes are created around the order. No void fill, one workflow, scalable up to zero-touch.

CMC Cartonwrap

Creates dynamic boxes from either fanfold-fed corrugate, cut sheet feeder or wave line. Boxes are created unique to the product being shipped, eliminating the need to use void fillers and reducing volumes.

Vary-Tote allows integration of warehouse systems with Genesys up to zero-touch.
