Which is the best solution for packing multi-line orders?

All CMC Packaging machines can pack single and multi-line orders. CMC CartonWrap and CMC Paper-Pro multiple items need to be pre-consolidated where the product shape is not regular. CMC Genesys today is the only solution that does not require any pre-consolidation process thanks to the Vary-Tote system created and patented by CMC.

Which are the benefits of 3D technology compared to the 1D packaging process?

CMC 3D technology maximizes the reduction of order volume, eliminates void filler materials, and improves warehouse activities and efficiency.

Is there a possibility to print digital documents in line and pack them automatically together with the product?

All solutions can both be equipped with an invoice printing module. Digital documents such as flyers, invoices, and gift cards can be printed and automatically inserted together with the product in line before the wrapping section.

How can CMC solve the problem of a high rate of returns for the fashion industry?

Embracing a sustainable vision, all CMC packaging machines can add an optional Easy-Opening and Resealing module. It is a double tape that makes it easier to open the package without ruining it, allowing customers to recycle the same package to return an order.

Which kind of paper can be processed on the CMC Paper Pro?

CMC Paper Pro can process different paper specifications. Today the most used is kraft paper and it can process different paper grammages with different percentages of recycled paper. If more protection is required, CMC Paper Pro is developed to run single-wall corrugation.
